2020 Pavilions Project

This project consists of three pavilions. These separate pavilions are City Hall Site Pavilion A, City Hall Site Pavilion B, and the Bud Newell Park Renovation Project. The City Hall Site Pavilion A work to be performed includes the construction of a 30' x 60' pavilion to include a men and women's bathroom, and all other related appurtenances and incidental work. The City Hall Site Pavilion B work to be performed includes the construction of a 30' x 60' pavilion to include a stage area, and all other related appurtenances and incidental work. The Bud Newell Park Pavilion Renovation Project work to be performed includes the demolition and reconstruction of the existing pavilion portion of the structure, new roof over the pavilion and existing bathrooms, remove and replace concrete slab and sidewalk, remove and replace electrical service to the building and all other related appurtenances and incidental work.

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
