Description

The project is generally described as the construction of an approximately 8’-0” tall, freestanding, brick-masonry, screen wall around an existing utility and refuse yard located at the rear of an existing dormitory building (Babbette B. Smith Hall). Please note that the gates adjacent to the refuse containers might be removed for functionality reasons (tbd). The project also includes minor site demolition, and new site work.
