Description

The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) of Fort Hood, TX), has a new requirement that consists of repairing architectural features to the interior and/or exterior of buildings located on Fort Hood. This includes mold and asbestos abatement, replacement of flooring, ceiling tiles, doors, door frames, painting offacilities, and cleaning of exterior facades at any location that is owned by the Fort Hood Reservation. As required by DFARS 236.204, the estimated magnitude of this project is Betw een $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The minimum guarantee for this project is $10,000. The NAICS for this acquisition is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (SB size standard $39.5 million) This acquisition is 100% set aside for 8(a) small business concerns only; no large business bids w ill be accepted for this procurement. The aw ardee of this contract w ill be required to provide a Superintendent through completion of the project (see section 00700, FAR Clause 52.236-6). Bidders are required to provide a valid CAGE Code (Block 14 FACILITY), Point of Contact (POC) and email address w ith their bid.
