Montville Township Park Improvements

Montville Township Park Improvements Contractors are hereby invited to submit a Bid for a project in Montville Township to install hard surface on the pathways in the Cobblestone Park. All Bids must be filed using the forms provided as Exhibits in this package. Should a question arise at any time during the examination of Bid Documents or investigation of the site, the Bidder may seek clarification by submitting a Pre-Bid Question. All Pre-Bid Questions should be submitted in writing to the DPS via email.DPS will provide a response to all questions submitted before a deadline of 4:00 PM, August 9, 2022. Responses to Pre-Bid Questions will be provided by Addendum, a copy of which will be emailed or faxed to each person receiving a set of Contract Documents. DPS is not obligated to respond to, or otherwise act upon, a Pre-Bid Question submitted after this deadline, but reserves the right to act upon any information received. The Board of Commissioners of Medina County (Commissioners) and Montville Township reserve the right to reject any/or all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities, and/or accept the Bid deemed the lowest and the best. Bidders must comply with Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (Federal prevailing wage). The work must be completed by September 30, 2022

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
