Description | Constructing a 2-lane roadway from approximately 1600 feet south of the Kissimmee Charter Academy northward to the current Bill Beck Blvd intersection on Osceola Parkway, a distance of approximately 1.13 miles. Bill Beck Blvd will initially be built as a two-lane, undivided urban roadway and was designed for future expansion to four-lanes. Construction includes sidewalk, curb & gutter, closed drainage system, provisions for street lighting and ITS (conduit and pull boxes), new signalization at the currently unsignalized Bill Beck Blvd / Osceola Parkway intersection, constructing a 225’, 2-lane bridge (continuous flat slab on pile bents) over Mill Slough, modifying the existing pond at the Kissimmee Charter Academy, removal of an existing pond serving Bill Beck Blvd, and constructing three new ponds. |
