The objective of this project is to prepare the site location for installation of a 23’8” x 50’ modular building remotely located from other buildings at the US PHS Indian Hospital located in Claremore, Oklahoma. The hospital is a 110,000+ ft2 hospital building that consists of outpatient services such as OB/GYN, Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, Medical/Urgent Clinics, Contract Health, Dental, WIC, Pharmacy, Diabetes Education, and Public Health, as well as in-patient services that includes ER, OB, in-patient, OR, and ICU. |
