Description

Improve existing Police Services office space with upgraded walls, ceilings, doors, electrical and HVAC. The 460 sf space is located on the second floor of the exisitng PSU Hiller Builidng at the PSU DuBois Campus and currently housed the exisitng Police Services offices. The scope of work includes but is not limited to; new walls, new ceilings, new doors, new lighting, new mini-split hvac unit, new paint and new flooring and base. PSU signage, window security film and a security entrance door into the suite are additional features.
