From qualified firms to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMaR, CM) services on the Tulsa County Courthouse Renovations. The Owner has retained the services of an Owners Representative (OR) as well an Architect/Engineer team (A/E, Design Team) for the Project. The Scope of Work associated with each of these agreements generally includes professional services anticipated to be necessary from the OR and the A/E through the end of Schematic Design as well as support services required in conjunction with subsequent pricing activities to be completed by the selected CM. It is anticipated that this pricing effort, following formal review and approval by the Owner, will (1) establish the scope and budget for the remainder of the Project, and (2) form the basis for amendments to both the OR and A/E agreements.
