Sign Replacements at the Burlington County Institute of Technology and the Burlington County Special Services School

A timeline for award has not yet been established The Burlington County Special Services School District and the Burlington County Institute of Technology does not take any responsibility for the receiving of any submitted/requested information; it is entirely up to the Contractor to assure that their information is properly submitted. Bidders on this project are required to be classified by the State of NJ, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) under classification #C008, C009 and C110 as well as other documentary requirements as set forth in the INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS found in the bid specifications. Please note that if the project budget is $5 Million or more, irrespective of Phasing, a signed Project Labor Agreement shall be required. Specific questions regarding the project will be addressed at the pre-bid meeting. This bid proposal addresses Sign Replacements at the Burlington County Institute of Technology and the Burlington County Special Services School. The Burlington County Special Services School District and the Burlington County Institute of Technology reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the bid. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the subject of the bid, name and address of the bidder, phone and fax number, and date of the bid opening. The Burlington County Special Services School District and the Burlington County Institute of Technology will not be responsible for late delivery by the U.S. Mail or any other carrier. The contractor shall comply with the requirements P.L.1977,c.33 requiring submission of a statement of corporate ownership. The contractor shall comply with N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, requiring submission of a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and the collection of use taxes. Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Requests for mailing of specifications will not be honored.
