The project scope includes the new construction of five 4 story buildings on 16.57 acres. Scope details have not been released. As of June 15, 2022 the project is in planning stage and seeking site plan approval from the City of Sarasota Development Review Committee. A meeting is scheduled for June 15, 2022. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed.
