The Project consists of removal and disposal of asbestos containing material (ACM), removal and disposal of LBP, and encapsulation of lead-based paint (LBP) at the Crowley Building located in Lewistown, MT. The building was constructed in 1913 and has been used by various businesses and as commercial space. The hazardous building materials must be properly addressed to allow reuse and redevelopment of the Project.
