Purchase and Delivery of Concrete

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Stephens County Commissioners will accept bids for the purchase and delivery of CONCRETE to be used by Stephens County at various locations and project sites within the County. Product is to be delivered as requested F.O.B. in exact quantities as designated on Purchase Orders and to be delivered during regular working hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday). Contract period is to be effective for a six (6) month period beginning January 1,2023 thru June 30, 2023. Quantity is undetermined for the amount that may be used during the six-month term. Please submit your bid for: 4 1/2" Sack Mix______$___ 5 Sack Mix______$___ 5 1/2" Sack Mix______$___ 6 Sack Mix______$___ Class AA-4000 PSI Concrete______$___ All affidavits must have original signatures and seals. The Board of County Commissioners will review all bids submitted and select the bid that best meets or exceeds the required minimum specifications. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids that are not satisfactory. Note: all bids must be accompanied with a non-collusion affidavit. If you are mailing your bid, clearly mark on the outside envelope-bid. Give date and time of scheduled opening and if possible list item being bid on.
