Each paper bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside of the envelope shall show the Name and Address of the Bidder, the State Contractor's License Number of the Bidder (if the work is estimated at $50k or more), the Bid Name and the Bid Number.Questions or concerns must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Department no later than 2:00 CST seven (7) working days prior to the bid opening date. The successful Bidder understands the limited contract time in the contract is one hundred ten (110) Calendar days + Calculated Rain Days.
