Roofing Replacements at the Franklin Elementary School, Kennedy Elementary School, and Roxbury High School. The new work generally consists of removing the existing roofing system in all areas indicated on the drawings and replace then with the new specified system, as well as protecting and restoring all existing items affected by construction including the building and the site. the nature of this project is to remove and replace the roofing systems at the listed schools. the use group and occupancy load within the building remains unchanged. Locations- Roxbury High School - 1 Bryant Dr, Succasunna, NJ 07876, Kennedy Elementary School - 20 Pleasant Hill Rd, Succasunna, NJ 07876, Franklin Elementary School - 8 Meeker St, Succasunna, NJ 07876 ROXBURY HIGH SCHOOL +/-14,400 SF KENNEDY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL +/-10,275 SF FRANKLIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL +/-21,800 SF Contractors Must Register With the Site to Be Included on the Current Bidder's List, So That Any and All Updates (Addenda, Clarifications, Modifications) Can Be Provided in Writing in a Timely Manner. 2. Should the Bid Documents Be Procured Through Other, Outside Agencies, the Obligation for Receipt of All Updated Documentation and Potential Risk of Disqualification, for Not Having It, Will Rest With the Contractor.
