For the improvement of certain section of roadway and bridge in Lackawanna County, North Abington Township, Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania, State Route 0407, Section 251.. The project being situated as follows: From approximately ¼ mile Northwest of the intersection with SR 0524 at Segment 0120 Offset 0915 (Station 296+05) to a point approximately ¾ mile Southeast of the intersection with SR 0438 at Segment 0130 Offset 0739 (Station 309+18) along SR 0407 Sec 251, North Abington Road with a total length of 1,113.00 Ft. (0.21 Mi.). This project involves bridge rehabilitation to an existing three (3) span spread box beam bridge in Lackawanna County. Bridge rehabilitation activities include replacing the existing deteriorated concrete bridge deck with a new continuous 8” minimum concrete bridge deck/superstructure, updated parapets, beam end repairs, substructure repairs, rock protection, approach paving, and updated guiderail.
