Description

The Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, and personnel to sealcoat the parking lot of the Bon Secours Training Center, which is to include the following services, at a minimum: • Weed trim, remove, and kill all vegetation, as necessary. • Clean the entire surface with a blower and wire broom. • Fill all major cracks with hot pour crackfill. • Apply an asphalt emulsion sealer and hand trim along all curbs and gutters. • Restripe the lines and symbols to match the original layout. Glass beads shall be reflective at stop bar crosswalks.
