| Description | DCAMM Required Includes, but is not limited to, Labor material and equipment including but not limited to selective interior demolition and interior improvements including flooring, plaster patching, painting, plumbing, ceiling, lighting, electrical in connect with the Centerville Recreation Building Interior Improvements project as specified. Alternate No. 1 – Labor and materials to demolish indicated lighting and electrical work, paneling and doors, restore original beaded paneling and trim. Furnish new custom doors to match original with new hardware, provide new radiator cover, new electrical wiring and lighting, and paint existing walls and ceiling in front entrance hallway. Alternate No. 2 – Labor and materials to demolish and remove existing lighting and replace with new as indicated on the electrical drawings. |
