Description | The Tulsa World, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, February 6, 2023 Request for Qualifications The Modoc Nation is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) to provide pre-construction project development activities and construction services for a Behavioral and Mental Health Services facility. These services will be coordinated with a design team led by Blue River Architects which has been selected for architectural and engineering (A/E) services to design this building. The Behavioral and Mental Health Services facility will be located adjacent to the Modoc Nation Tribal Headquarters building in Miami, OK. The facility will be approximately 7,500 square feet. The scope of services includes, but are not limited to: design review, scheduling, cost control, value engineering, construction evaluation, preparation and coordination of bid packages and construction administration. Selection of Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) will be based on evaluation of the following qualifications. Construction Firm Experience with like, tribal projects. 0-25 points Construction Staff Construction Experience/ Qualifications. 0-25 points History of five or more years of construction, provide proof of insurance and bonding capacity. 0-20 points Demonstrated ability to meet a design-build schedule of 200 calendar days. 0-20 points Verifiable Indian Preference for both firms. 0-10 points. The Modoc Nation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and issue subsequent Requests for Qualifications and negotiate any and all provisions. This project is subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, 12 USC 1701U and 24 CFR Part 135 which implements the Act. These regulations will be incorporated into all contracts and subcontracts. The offeror's can be a partnership, corporation, association, and/or other legal entity which will have contractual responsibility for the project. A proposed joint venture should provide profiles for all firms in the joint venture.
