Casas Adobes MDWCA USDA/RD 2020 Water System Improvements

The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following Work: The work for the Casas Adobes MDWCA is comprised of, but not necessarily limited to, furnishing labor, equipment, supplies and materials to: replace old 6" distribution pipe with new 6" C900 PVC pipe and appurtenances; install flush hydrants at all system dead ends; reequip and replace the well head discharge manifold at Well #1; drill, test, and equip new Well #2; construct two new 20,000-gallon welded steel potable water storage tanks; install dedicated tank fill lines; and, construct a new storage/warehouse building. The Project has an expected duration of 300 calendar days to substantial completion. The Project is split into a Base Bid and four Bid Lots as follows: Base Bid - Well #1 and #2, Piping, Yard, Manifold Bid Lot 1 - Construct Two New 20,000 Gallon Welded Steel Supply Tanks, and Disinfection System Improvements BID LOT #2 - Install New 6" Fill Line from Wells to Lower Tank Site and from Lower Tank site to Upper Tank site. Replace Exiting 6" Distribution Main BID LOT #3 - Construct New Storage/Warehouse Building at Well #2 Site BID LOT #4 - Construct parking lot with sidewalk and curb & gutter for new Storage/Warehouse Building at Well #2 Site
