Description | The scope of work includes but is not limited to: * Demolition * Debris Haul Off / Final Cleaning * Chain Link Fences and Gates * Landscaping * Concrete, Masonry * Metals * Millwork * Roofing * Doors and Windows * Insulation, Drywall, Metal Framing, Finishes, Plaster and Stucco * Acoustical Ceiling * Flooring * Painting * Specialties * Window Treatments * Plumbing * HVAC * Electrical, Fire Alarm and Low Voltage* (1-story) in 1957; Building 07 (1-story) in 1979; Building 12 (3-stories) in 1999; and Building 13 (1-story) in 2006. The school site also includes a service drive and yard, on-site staff parking and curb side drop-off. The preliminary scope of campus-wide miscellaneous renovations includes, but is not limited to: - Recoating and restriping of parking lot, service yard and drives, - Selective replacement of campus-wide sanitary sewer and domestic water piping, - Mitigation of site drainage, - Replacement of backflow preventer, - Replacement of grease trap, - Structural repairs at Building 12 (as required), - Selective replacement of concrete walkways, - Provide roof gutters and downspouts at Building 06 (as required), - Replacement of windows at Building 04, - Selective replacement of flooring, - Repair/paint auditorium seats at Building 05, - Renovation of group toilets at Buildings 02, 04 and 10, and campus-wide miscellaneous plumbing upgrades, - Replacement of gas piping at Building 07 (as required), - Replacement of HVAC system components and controls to DDC (as required), - Electrical upgrades including interior lighting, panel boards and electrical receptacles (as required), - Replacement/upgrade of fire alarm system (as required), - Provide PA speakers at exterior corridors and Building 10, security cameras and security alarm contacts (as required), and - Selective paint as needed. |
