| Description | The structure located at 1600 North Claiborne Avenue is an approximately 10,000 sf two-story masonry commercial structure. The building is located on the corner of North Claiborne Avenue and St. Bernard Avenue. See attached map in Exhibit E for details. The structure located at 1611-13 N. Robertson Street is a free standing 1,700 sf wood framed single-story residential structure that fronts North Robertson Street. The structure at 8 Claiborne Circle is a 1,300 sf masonry structure that shares a common wall with 1600 North Claiborne Avenue. The structure has only a partial roof and is beginning to list towards North Claiborne Avenue. |
