Description

The project includes the replacement of existing traffic signals with mast arm signals, which include pedestrian signals. The pavement will undergo a 2-inch mill and fill, along with an isolated section of 5” mill and fill. The project will also replace sidewalks and curbing; and install a raised median on Wendell Avenue (north) for added pedestrian safety.
