Phase IIIA will include the design and construction of the building core and shell and the first components of the building's interior buildout. It will include the buildout of approximately 119,000 square feet of interior space out of the approximately 402,000 square feet total. As of November 22, 2022, this project is in design. Architects and a construction manager have been identified.
