Description | Installation of concrete floor and curbing and access drive in covered barnyard, Trumansburg NY 14886 Tompkins County Soil and Water Conservation District, along with Van Noble Farms at 90 Podunk Rd, Trumansburg NY invite contractors to a site bid meeting for work on the installation of a concrete floor and curbing work along with access rd located at the farm on 90 Podunk Rd, Trumansburg, NY. The project will be installed according to engineered design plans and needs according to the farm owner/operator Devon Van Noble. Please contact Devon Van Noble for directions or with any general questions. Look for the mosaic pig at the driveway entrance! The Tompkins County Soil and Water Conservation District and Van Noble Farms assume no responsibility, whatsoever, in connection with any failure to receive bids, including those related to any reason for delay, in obtaining or submitting the bidding documents, including but not limited to: traffic delay, messengering, mislabeling, misdirections from any source, misdelivery, or otherwise. Any bid, which does not fulfill the material requirements of the bidding documents, will be rejected. When it is in its best interest to do so, the Tompkins County Soil and Water Conservation District and/or Van Noble Farms may award the contract in whole or in part, select any combination of bids, or may waive any informality in or reject any or all bids. The Tompkins County Soil and Water Conservation District and/or Van Noble Farms reserve the right to delete certain bid items based on overall cost of the project or for any other reason. The Tompkins County Soil and Water Conservation District and/or Van Noble Farms will give written notice of any intent to eliminate work items.
