This project involves the design and construction of a new, one-story, 435,714-square-foot tilt-up concrete building. It is anticipated that the building will contain primarily warehouse functions with accessory office spaces. As of December 2, 2022, this project has been approved by the Lockhart City Council to purchase the land, but the deal has not closed yet. An architect has been selected; a general contractor has been selected. Construction is tentatively expected to begin in first quarter 2023.
