| Description | Northland Estates Paving and Utility Improvements, Northland Street, Evergreen Street, Greenmeadow Drive, Greenhill Drive, Mccoy Court, and Alleys. The project consists of approximately 18,200 SY of pavement, 4,250 LF of water main, 4,300 LF of sanitary sewer, and 730 LF of storm line replacement on Northland Street, Evergreen Street, Greenmeadow Drive, Greenhill Drive, and McCoy Court within the subdivision. Pre-bid questions may be submitted via email at james.gossie@cityofcarrollton.com until 10:00 AM, JUNE 1, 2023. The subject of the email must read "Northland Estates Paving and Utility Improvements PRE-BID QUESTIONS" to be accepted. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in an omission of a response to the question. Questions submitted after the above deadline will not be considered. An addendum addressing the questions received will be issued no later than 11:30 AM, Friday, June 2, 2023 Completion- 300 calendar days Start Construction August 2023 Finish Construction (365 calendar days) August 2024 |
