| Description | Provide and install new roofing for Fire Station #4. 1.Tear off (1) layer of existing shingles 2.Inspect decking and replace broken or rotted plywood at specific price per sheet. This can be additional cost. 3. Install drip edge 4. Install 2 rows of ice and water shield on eaves of roof and 1 in valleys. 5. Install synthetic felt liner. 6. Provide and install 30 year Malarkey Vista SBS Shingle (good for 130 MPH wind rating) 7. Tar step and L-metal flashings and replace any missing or damaged flashings. 8. Replace pipe flashings 9. Properly vent roof with adequate vents (may use turtle vents) 10. Dispose of all roofing debris and trash on job site | ||
