City of New Brighton Project 21-10, New Brighton Public Works Maintenance Facility Addition and Remodeling Sealed proposals for furnishing of the necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the demolition of a portion of the existing building and construction of a 1-story addition including all architectural, structural, civil, mechanical and electrical requirements. Plus miscellaneous and incidental work, all in accordance with the plans and specifications, All proposals shall be made on forms similar to those attached to and made a part of the proposed contract documents, and shall be addressed to: Craig Schlichting, P.E.
