Huntsville Area Office - Lift Station

Huntsville Lift Station DPS is requesting bids for addition of a new sewer line at the Huntsville Area Office located at 523 South Highway 75, Huntsville, TX 77320. All work must be completed prior to 6/17/2023. By submitting bid, Bidder affirms that all work will be completed by this deadline. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Remove existing landscaping and investigate existing underground utilities. 2. Excavate for new sewer line. 3. Install new sewer line. 4. Patch and replace paving and landscaping. 5. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project. The City of Huntsville requires a building permit and inspections for the tie in of the sewer line. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining and paying for the permit and coordinating the required inspections. DPS requires Contractor to respond to any warranty call concerning this project within a 48-hour time period. For any warranty call issued, Contractor will have seven days to replace defective products after receipt of notification by DPS that a warranty issue exists. 05/05/2023 5:00 PM CT Last day to submit written questions for clarification to DPS
