The bid opening will take place IAW the information set forth on the 1442. The opening of bids will take place virtually one day after the receipt of offers listed below in block 13. The bid opening will commence via Microsoft Teams Meeting on 28 February 2023 at 1430 CT IAW FAR 14.402-3(a)(1) and FAR 14.402-3(a)(2) 0 COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK. (APR 1984) The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 365 days from Notice to Proceed.
