Brentwood Park Destination Playground

The Scope of Work consists of Construction of a Destination Playground as outlined by the project documents (plans and specifications) to include, however are not limited to, the installation of storm water, electrical, IT and water utility lines; rough grading and compaction of on-site stored soils, pavilion structures (pavilion, entry gates and overlook structure as alternates), hardscape, concrete seat wall abutments, segmental retaining walls, installation of a water feature to include spray nozzles, controls and water feature systems, installation of playground equipment provided by owner, playground surfacing, amending of on-site soils and installation of planting soils, plantings and turf and meadows, irrigation system (providing and installation of a water recirculation and storage system for irrigation as alternate). The project is generally located east of the intersection of Brazeau Ave. and East Pendelton Ave.
