The Shade Valley work includes new canopy, buildings re-roofing, exterior re-painting, repairing gutter and down spouts, installing sealant at windows and doors, replacing fascia and closing in skylights at selected buildings, interior painting, new ceiling tiles. 2. The Village Creek work includes building demolition, new storage building, new walk way and canopy, renovation of toilets/showers/locker areas, new flooring, office renovation and interior painting. 3. The Cahaba Heights work includes building re-roofing, removal and replacing fencing. 4. The Pleasant Grove work includes building re-roofing.
