Gymnasium Sound Attenuation project at the Watertown Middle School Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Estimated Cost $500,000.00 It is hereby understood and mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Owner that the date of commencement and the time for completion, as specified in the Contract Documents, for the Work to be done thereunder are ESSENTIAL CONDITIONS of this Contract, and it is further mutually understood and agreed upon that the Work embraced in this Contract shall be commenced by the date specified therein. B. The contract time shall commence on an agreed upon date, either the Notice to Proceed or the date of the preconstruction meeting, whichever is earlier. On-site work shall commence no earlier than June 20, 2024, and shall be substantially complete on or before August 4, 2023, with final completion on or before August 25, 2023 The Architect will answer such requests by Addendum if received by 5 PM, May 17, 2023.
