Continuing Construction Management Services Regional Area Contract

North West Region: Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, Washington, Bay, Jackson, Calhoun, Gulf, Franklin, Liberty, Gadsden, Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Madison, Taylor, Dixie, Lafayette, Suwannee, Hamilton, Columbia County, and other counties as may be determined necessary by the owner. North East Region: Gilchrist, Levy, Alachua, Bradford, Union, Baker, Nassau, Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Putnam, Flagler, Volusia, Lake, Marion, Citrus, Sumter, Hernando County, and other counties as may be determined necessary by the owner. Central Region: Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Hillsborough, Seminole, Brevard, Orange, Osceola, Sarasota, Manatee, Desoto, Hardee, Highlands, County, and other counties as may be determined necessary by the owner. South Region: Dade, Palm Beach, Monroe, Broward, Charlotte, Glades, Lee, Hendry, Collier Indian River, Okeechobee, St. Lucie, Martin County, and other counties as may be determined necessary by the owner. Complete Construction Management (CM) Services on a continuing basis involving individual project contracts for one (1) or more of the above listed regional service areas. Typical projects may include, but are not limited to: New building construction, sewer treatment plant construction, private roads and bridges, storm water retention systems, general site work and repairs and renovations to existing facilities, professional engineering design, and environmental remediation services, estimating services, inspections and construction administration. The Department may issue up to four (4) contracts per regional service area. Individual projects issued for each region will have estimated construction costs not exceeding $2,000,000 and professional services study fees not exceeding $35,000. The contract will be for an initial period of three years with an option to renew for an additional three year period

Division 12 -	Furnishings.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression, Water-Based Fire-Suppression Systems, Fire-Extinguishing Systems.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Instrumentation and Control for Plumbing, Plumbing Piping, Plumbing Equipment, Plumbing Fixtures, Drinking Fountains and Water Coolers.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution, Central HVAC Equipment.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Power Distribution Units, Lighting, Interior Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Exit Signs, Exterior Lighting.
Division 27 -	Communications, Structured Cabling, Data Communications, Voice Communications.
Division 28 -	Electronic Safety and Security.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading, Soil Treatment.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Parking Bumpers, Pavement Markings, Fences and Gates, Irrigation, Planting.
