Elizabeth Davis Renovation

Will consist of envelope repairs that include but are not limited to the refinishing of the shelf angles, the installation of new masonry units, new masonry anchors, new soft joints, flashing, end dams, termination bars and weeps. The facade repairs will also include the sealing of windows, equipment penetrations and other miscellaneous facade improvements. Additional envelope repairs consist of the replacement of the existing roof system and the repairs directly associated with the Elizabeth Davis roof replacement scope of work. MEP improvements will include the installation of a new make-up-air distribution system, the replacement of the existing domestic water supply risers with new copper supply risers and the replacement of the existing horizontal supply piping with new copper horizontal supply piping located in the interstitial space above the ground floor ceiling.
