Description

Community Path Improvements along the abandoned railroad right of way between Western Avenue and Summer Street, Lynn, MA. Work to be performed includes: clearing, thinning and grubbing; removal and disposal of bituminous concrete and regulated and unregulated soil; installation of fencing; preparation and installation of stone dust paving, concrete plaza, and precast concrete pavers; installation of bollards, trash receptacles and tables; preparation and installation of new lawn, wildflowers, groundcover and various shrub and tree plantings and other related work.
