Parking Lot Maintenance

Provide minor repair and maintenance services for owned and/or managed parking lots. These services include: the cleaning, stripping, installing parking sign posts, painting meter poles, re-striping of previously prepared surfaces, weed control and other services, as needed. This includes 8 parking structures, approximately 38 parking lots / docks and over 100 metered parking spaces, approximately 12,000 parking spaces. The University may or may not commission all parking spaces to be approved. The initial contract is for a twelve (12) month period, commencing Date of Award through one year. The contract may be renewed for up to five (5) one-year option periods annually, over the next five years.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
