| Description | To perform disking, mowing, debris removal and tree limbing. Disking shall consist of two (2) passes with a disk of sufficient size and weight to uniformly cultivate the ground to a depth of six (6) to ten (10) inches depending upon the time of year. Mowing shall consist of uniformly trimming weeds, grass, and other like vegetation to a preferred height of two (2) inches. The maximum allowed height shall be four (4) inches above the ground. When large mechanical mowers are used to mow larger areas, a certain amount of handwork will be required to mow next to objects, fences sidewalks, and around irregular shape items. Propane tanks or flammable combustible tanks or similar tanks shall have not less than thirty feet (30’) of clearance. For Location details verify Location Document. |
