Trimble County Jr./Sr. High School Gymnasium

The primary scope of work for this project is to replace the HVAC systems throughout the Gymnasium and to renovate the Gymnasium Locker Rooms. A new electrical service including switchgear will be provided along with new light fixtures and the associated electrical system renovations required for the HVAC systems upgrade. The roof scope includes new curbs and flashing for new HVAC rooftop units. The structural steel scope includes new steel supports for new HVAC rooftop units. All walls and exposed structure ceilings will be painted. The existing electrically operated lower bleachers will be replaced with new electrically operated bleachers. The lower bleachers will be provided under a separate owner-contractor agreement. The new lower bleachers shall be procured through a project-specific Cooperative Purchasing Agreement through a competitive bidding process in compliance with the provisions of KRS 45A Kentucky Model Procurement Code. The upper bleachers intermediate steps, railings, guardrails and existing wood benches modifications are included in the prime contract scope of work. Upper bleacher aisles to align with lower bleacher aisles. GC to coordinate upper bleacher scope with lower bleachers scope.
