Northwest Wheeling CNG Bus Maintenance and Storage Facility

The project consists of the Renovation of Pace's existing office/warehouse facility, to a full service, fully furnished and equipped, heavy duty bus repair maintenance, and storage garage facility for Pace's compressed natural gas (CNG) bus fleet, including partial building demolition, an exterior CNG fueling station, utility and site work. A summary description of the work isthe Renovation of Pace's existing office/warehouse facility located at 1600 South Wolf Road, Wheeling, Illinois, to a fullservice, fully furnished and equipped, heavy duty bus repair, maintenance, and storage garage facility for Pace's compressed natural gas(CNG) busfleet, including partial building demolition, an exterior CNG fueling station, utility and site work in accordance with the Contract Documents set forth herein. The Contractor, by entering into this Contract, agrees that it is an independent contractor and not an agent of Pace; and as an independent Contractor, agreesto perform and complete the Work on the Project described herein, in accordance with the plans,specifications, and requirements of this Contract and the exhibits and documents incorporated herein including, but not limited to, providing all permits and including all costs as denoted in Exhibit A All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted in writing to the attention of Joseph.Nezlick@pacebus.com no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 3, 2022. **Path Construction requests bids by June 16, 2021 at 2 PM **Osman Construction requests bids by June 15, 2021 at Noon.
