The Barry Township Board of Su- pervisors reserves the right to ac- cept or reject any and/or all pro- posals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on bud- getary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $ 870.00 per calendar day.
