As of March 30, 2023, an architect has been selected and this project is currently in design. A bid date for a contractor has not been confirmed. A firm timeline for construction has not been established but construction is projected to be begin early 2024 and be completed by end of year 2024. The closed solicitation has been included below for reference. Fire Station #41 reconstruction Project includes the demolition and reconstruction of Fire Station #41 near 75th Street and Conser, which includes the installation of solar panels to make the building more energy efficient. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
