Description

Provide construction services for all labor and material to remove and dispose of the existing concrete panels and handrails on each balcony in the phases described on the drawings. Repair the deteriorated concrete on the decks, strip the decks of the existing coating and reseal the decks. Repair cracked brick at the existing handrail connections. Install new handrails to replace the panels and handrails to be removed.
