Construction Management / General Contractor Services for South Jordan Health Center Remodel

Construction Management / General Contractor (CM/GC) project scope includes full CMGC services for the renovation of approximately 24,000 sf of existing space, at the University of Utah South Jordan Health Center. The renovation includes spaces on levels 1, 2, 3 and the Garden level of the South Jordan Health Center. Renovation is anticipated to be constructed in three phases and the completed project will provide clinical services for Musculoskeletal and Physical Therapy, Urgent Care, Walk in Lab, C-Arm Suite, and Specialty Exam rooms. The project also includes the relocation of Child Care, Administration, and Clinical staff areas. A separate entrance for Urgent care, which includes a new canopy, exterior signage, landscaping and paving changes is also included in the scope of the project. • Project includes all construction, including work for utility connections on the adjacent floors • Project includes CMGC coordination of owner provided furnishings and equipment
