Description

The Project consists of new building construction of an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) to be located on 7th Avenue South, directly south of the existing Spain Rehabilitation Center (SRC). The scope of work includes site work and construction of the new, approximately 346,000 s.f., 11 story IRF as follows: Four levels of service and loading dock, parking deck, and lobbies, with connections to the existing Hospital pedestrian walkway. * One shelled floor for future patient care. Four levels o inpatient care with 106 beds. Two levels of administration, conferencing, and mechanical.
