Description | Value Range: $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Construction Period: 110 Calendar Days This project will renovate 23,600 SF within the Ft Novosel Mini Mall (Bldg. #6600). Special Conditions: Work is within an active, operating facility and will be phased. Any questions you may have after comparing the plans and specifications to the existing site conditions should be submitted in writing to David Combs at combsdm@aafes.com no later than COB on 05/30/2023 1. The work to be performed in connection with this project includes, but is not limited a Repositioning of the merchandise and new finishes as required. 2. Improvements will include the following: a. New queue line with new register stands (self-checkouts and in-line style). b. Incorporate five (5) new inline checkout & self-checkout with queue lines. c. New Snack Ave layout with two (2) Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR). QSR will continue with existing HBP and JWC. d. New Exchange branding elements, signage, and wall mounted fixtures. e. Upgrades to walk in cooler freezer to include replace with large doors, shelving, lighting and/or replace walk in box/refrigeration. f. Replace existing retail fixtures with new fixtures. g. Back of house area shall be reconfigured as necessary to place a new three compartment sink with grease waste line. h. Update restrooms, office, break, and communication rooms. i. Restrooms: Update finishes, provide ADA accessibility. j. Lighting: Implement to LED lighting standards. k. Walls: 1) Add, modify, repair, and paint to new standards and coordinate with branding / equipment. 2) Paint walls to new standards and coordinate with branding / equipment. l. Flooring: 1) Repair and polished existing concrete. m. Ceilings: 1) Modify as required for new walls and store layout. n. Provide ADA accessibility as required. o. Equipment phasing, salvaging, demo, assembly, and installation to be by General Contractor. |
