Description

Design of roadway, creek channel, ponds, and public access; and/or Construction Oversight; and/or 404 permitting - for the NRCS Voluntary Public Access Habitat Incentive Program (VPA-HIP) project in Santa Clara Canyon. Projects include roadway, embankment, and creek crossing upgrades; creek restoration; developing off-channel ponds as conservation trials; irrigation diversion structures; fish passage/barrier integration, recreation access, and 404 permitting. Nature-based solutions and the integration of available natural materials are integral to this project. The project must also consider environmental and cultural impacts. Design and construction projects include multiple project areas. Bidders may submit for one, or any number of the project areas.
