Wastewater Basin I Sewer Outfall Re-Route and Water Improvements

The project consists of constructing approximately 1,219 LF of 18", 2,595 LF of 15" and 99 LF of 8" diameter PVC gravity sewer pipeline and 19 related manholes that begins on Midway Drive near manhole D0528110 and then north to Beltway Drive then east to end point at a manhole which receives all flow from Addison's Wastewater Basin I (MH F0623280). The project also consist of constructing 945LF of 8" diameter water line from Beltwood to Beltway through parking lot area. This new water line will improve the water distribution pressures and to replace an older and problematic water pipeline in poor condition. The purpose of this project is to redirect Addison's sewage flow from their Basin I Sewer Outfall away from discharging into the Farmers Branch sewer system manhole on Beltwood. A new gravity flow 15" and 18" PVC pipeline will redirect sewage flow to an Addison manhole just east of Beltwood Parkway to Midway Rd., north of Proton Dr. This new 15" and 18" gravity sewer must be operational by the end of December 2019 and all Addison sewer flows be discontinued from entering the Farmer's Branch sewer system
