Wiley Canyon Mixed Use Project

City of Santa Clarita desires to obtain the services of a well-qualified consultant to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (herein referred to as the “EIR”). The EIR must meet the legal requirements of a complete, adequate, and objective statement of the proposed project's environmental consequences. The document must provide a concise, integrated source of objective information for the applicant, public, and the decision-makers of the City of Santa Clarita. The selected consultant would identify any other potentially significant impacts, any additional necessary technical reports, and would coordinate and facilitate a scoping meeting and work with the City to identify project alternatives. In addition, the consultant and/or City staff will provide a peer review of studies that will be provided by the applicant. The studies/technical reports being prepared by the applicant include: • Environmental Site Assessment Phase I • Geotechnical Investigation • Traffic Impact Analysis • Noise Study • Air Quality and Greenhouse Gas Report • Hydrology Study for Wiley Canyon Creek • On-site Hydrology and Drainage Study • Water Quality Report • Cultural Resource Report • Jurisdictional Delineation • Biological Resource Report • Oak Tree Report • Health Risk Assessment • Shared Parking Analysis • Visual Simulations
