Description

Work includes the removal of old asphalt pavement, site grading to improve drainage, installation of curb and gutter, installation of curb-only around facilities, paving the parking lot, striping the parking lot, installation of two storm drain inlet pedestals, grassing, E and S control, and other items as deemed necessary by the contractor. Project includes all other materials and labor not described herein. Additive alternate: Pervious pavers in parking lot area adjacent to fence on south property boundary.
